Carefree Wellbeing Clinic

 We offer four unique, age-specific programmes designed to nurture your child’s emotional health, social skills and overall wellbeing.

Each programme has been created from trusted methods, gained over many years experience, by our qualified staff. These methods, include those inspired by evidence-based DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) practices, are presented in a fun, age appropriate way. Carefree Wellbeing Clinics' programmes are aimed at developing individual lifelong skills such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance skills and healthy communication.

We also offer an Adult programme to help manage stress, regulate emotions, and build stronger connections with yourself and others.

At Carefree Wellbeing Clinic, our qualified mentoring staff create safe, supportive spaces for people of all ages to develop emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and practical life skills designed to help each individual. 

From mindful play for toddlers to resilience mentoring for adults, our programmes use proven evidence-based practices (such as mindfulness and DBT-informed strategies) along with other techniques in an age appropriate, skills-building, coaching-based manner.

Although not a substitute for therapy, counselling or medical treatment, our programmes enrich the lives of many of our clients who often see their sessions as a place where they can offload, enjoy and feel free to express themselves. 

Carefree Wellbeing Clinic will ensure you are mentored by the most appropriate and qualified member of our team at all times. However, if you or your child is currently receiving treatment from a mental health professional, or you have concerns about their mental health, please consult with their healthcare provider before beginning any wellbeing programme.
